Guidelines for the Carriage of Lithium Batteries 

Dear Customer,

Following an internal review of our Hazardous Cargo process, please be advised of the following hazardous cargo procedures for the acceptance of Lithium batteries in containers; subject to compliance with IMDG Code and additional requirements:

•    Allowed only New Lithium Batteries

•    Batteries must be protected from damage, short circuit, and accidental activation during transport.

•    No damaged or defective lithium battery.

•    No signs of leakage from the battery.
