Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFSC) – Update
Dear Customer,
Pacifica Shipping have undertaken our scheduled fortnightly review of the Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFSC) to ensure it remains aligned with prevailing global fuel price conditions and their impact on bunker costs in New Zealand.
Accordingly, the EFSC will be revised for cargo loaded from 6 May 2026, as outlined below:

The next review will be announced 6 May effective from 20 May 2026.
The EFSC remains applicable in addition to the prevailing Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF).
