Pacifica Emergency Fuel Surcharge

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that due to ongoing port operational challenges impacting productivity and shipping schedules, an Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFSC) will be applied to ensure MV Moana Chief maintains its normal fixed-day windows.  

The surcharge will take effect 1 January 2026 and apply until further notice as follows:

NZ$ 108 per 20’
NZ$ 216 per 40’
